Cannock CAB & Social Policy Work

One of the twin aims of the Citizens Advice service is to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally

We do this by identifying and recording the issues facing our clients and turning this into evidence to prevent  these problems occurring in the future.  We do this in many different ways, which could range from writing to a local trader about their guarantee policy to lobbying parliament over housing issues.

As our website develops, we will be putting evidence of our social policy work on this website.  So, watch this space!
