The Chase Citizens Advice Bureau:
E-mail Advice Enquiries
Before you send an enquiry, we would like to make you aware of the following issues:
Due to limited resources, we cannot answer E-mail enquiries if you are not from the Cannock area. If you need to send an email enquiry and you are not from the Cannock area, you can click on the Advice Guide link in the blue column on the left to find contact details of your nearest CAB.
We keep a record of
all enquiries which is strictly confidential.
When you send your enquiry,
please provide us with your First Name, Surname, Full Address and Contact
Phone Number so that we can keep a record. This
enables us to advise you more effectively if you need to contact us again in the
future, and provides an alternative
means of contacting you if technical difficulties prevent us from responding by
e-mail.
By sending us an E-Mail with this information, you are
consenting under our Data Protection policy for us to keep a record of your
enquiry and the advice we give you.
If you do not want us to keep a record, you must state
this on your enquiry, and we will record your enquiry as "Anonymous".
We will try to reply within 5 working days. However, there are occasions when technical difficulties prevent us from meeting this target. If you cannot wait this long, or you need to contact The Chase CAB urgently, you should click on "How to contact us" in the blue column on the left for details of how to access the service.
If we believe it will take us longer than the 5 day target to get the information you require, we will inform you of this within the 5 day period.
If someone else has access to the computer that you send the enquiry from, they may also be able to see the reply. If it is a sensitive issue which you feel should remain confidential, you should consider accessing the service via our Telephone Enquiry line (see "How to contact us")
